Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 Westminster Dog Show was rescheduled and relocated to a riverside estate in Tarrytown, New York rather than its usual location, Manhattan's Madison Square Garden. "If you think about what happened over this pandemic, everybody got a bit closer. Companionship meant more. When we're doing Westminster, what we're showcasing is companionship and this bond, this connection that people have," says Charlton Reynders III, the Westminster Kennel Club's President.
