On Monday, it was revealed that gymnast Kara Eaker tested positive for COVID-19 while in Tokyo. Kara Eaker’s parents say they “are incredibly thankful” she was vaccinated but that “hope is gone” for their daughter to compete at the Tokyo Olympic Games. “I feel bad for her.
