Toss Pakistan chose to bat vs England
Pakistan will bat first after winning the toss in the series-deciding third T20I at Old Trafford. Babar Azam called correctly, as he did at Headingley, but this time, opted to set England a target instead of trying to chase one, having fallen to a 45-run defeat in the previous game.
Under a blazing hot Manchester sky, the visitors take to the field having made two changes from the first two games. Azam Khan and Haris Rauf drop out, with Hasan Ali and Usman Qadir taking their place as Azam acknowledged the middle order had failed his side in Leeds.
England, captained by a returning Eoin Morgan, confirmed two changes as well, with Matt Parkinson and Tom Curran sitting out for David Willey and Morgan. "Old Trafford takes spin and reverse swing, it's a unique ground. [Headingley] was an all-round performance, and to take the series to ad decider shows a huge amount of character."
Pakistan will look to round out their tour of England on a positive note, having earlier succumbed in the ODI series to a 3-0 defeat.
