Ryan Clark and Emmanuel Acho agree that it is a bad look for the NCAA to implement new rules for agents of NBA draft hopefuls. LeBron James responded to the new requirements, Tweeting "#TheRichPaulRule" since his agent, Rich Paul, does not fit the NCAA's criteria because he does not have a bachelor's degree.
