U.S. Soccer President Cindy Parlow Cone and CEO/Secretary General JT Batson spoke with the media via videoconference. Earlier today, U.S. Soccer announced Sporting Director Earnie Stewart’s departure from the organization. Stewart will return to the Netherlands to join legendary Eredivisie club PSV Eindhoven and will remain with U.S. Soccer until Feb. 15 to ensure a smooth transition as U.S. Soccer continues its search for its next Sporting Director.
