For the second game in succession, Shadab Khan opted to set a target after calling correctly at the toss as Pakistan look to stay alive in the three-match series against Afghanistan. They made one change to the side that lost the first game by six wickets, replacing a fast-bowling allrounder in Faheem Ashraf with a spin-bowling allrounder in Mohammad Nawaz.
