Success in Pendle for Grant Cunliffe and Rose Mather

PENDLE, Burnley, April 1

Grant Cunliffe, who was 25th in the North of England cross-country, was the clear men’s winner and his 31:28 clocking gave him the Lancashire fell title.

Nathan Edmondson was second across the line but it was Chris Holdsworth who won the Lancashire silver in third overall.

Rose Mather won the women’s race by two minutes from Hannah Cairns but Cass Chisholm claimed the county title.
