Roger Federer explains he needed treatment on his upper back and neck during his loss to Grigor Dimitrov in the 2019 US Open quarterfinals. Federer says he felt injury worsen when he was losing in the match, which made it tough to play at his best. Federer also reveals that he will take a little break before getting back to the court and finishes by giving credit to a positive season for himself despite the loss to Dimitrov.
