Shaping the Future of Table Tennis: ITTF Global Youth Camp 2023 Gathers Worlds Finest Young Talents in Chengdu

The ITTF Global Youth Camp 2023 is set to host the worlds top youth players in a training camp for the ages, bringing together continental champions, high-ranking players and their Chinese hosts for two weeks of high-intensity and high-level training.

This unique, international fourteen-day training setup is jointly presented and managed by ITTF High Performance and the Chinese Table Tennis Association. The best U15 players in the world, selected based on a blend of fresh results and long-term talent identification, will meet up with a top selection of thirty young talents from China.
From 6-18 December 2023, the National Key Table Tennis Training School in Chengdu will host up to 80 players along with their coaches and support personnel. The selection will be based on strict criteria, following continental reach and gender equality principles. The two finalists of the five Continental U15 Boys and Girls Youth Championships will be invited, along with the two next best ranked U15 players from the continent*. In addition, ITTF High Performance will select five girls and five boys based on performance, proactivity and potential, without any Member Association or Continent restrictions.
The training camp will be led by Head Coaches and assistant coaches from China, along with Elite Coach Massimo Costantini. The Prospectus can be found here.
