Damian Lillard details how defense was key for Milwaukee Bucks in comeback win over Clippers Damian Lillard details how defense was key for Milwaukee Bucks in comeback win over Clippers

Damian Lillard led the Milwaukee Bucks to a 113-106 come-from-behind victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday, March 4, at Fiserv Forum.

He scored a game-high 41 points.

But defense was critical to the victory, Lillard said. The Bucks at one point got six straight stops in the fourth quarter to take over. They outscored the Clippers, 40-25, in the final period.

"The way we defended we just lowered the shot quality that they was able to get for a few possessions," Lillard said about the Bucks' defense.

They did this all without Giannis Antetokounmpo, who was out with an injury.

The Bucks (40-21) are 6-0 since the all-star break, again looking like a team that can win a NBA championship.
