Wild sign D Bogosian to 2-year, $2.5M extension

The Minnesota Wild announced a two-year, $2.5 million extension for defenseman Zach Bogosian on Wednesday.
The 33-year-old veteran's contract now runs through the 2025-26 NHL season.
Bogosian has one goal, eight assists and a plus-3 rating through 43 games with Minnesota this season.
He skated in four games for Tampa Bay before being acquired in a Nov. 8 trade that sent a 2025 seventh-round pick to the Lightning.
Bogosian won a Stanley Cup with the Lightning in 2020 and has 222 points (58 goals, 164 assists) in 830 career games with the Atlanta Thrashers/Winnipeg Jets, Buffalo Sabres, Toronto Maple Leafs, Tampa Bay and Minnesota.
