Sources: Hawks' Bey has season-ending torn ACL
Written by I Dig Sports
The season is over for Atlanta Hawks forward Saddiq Bey.
Sources tell ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski that Bey suffered a torn ACL in his left knee. It happened Sunday in the Hawks' 116-103 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans. Bey left the game early in the fourth quarter.
An MRI revealed the extent of the injury Monday morning.
Bey, who'll be a restricted free agent this summer, has averaged 13.7 points and 6.5 rebounds.
