AJ BELL GREAT BIRMINGHAM RUN, West Midlands, May 5

Gemma Steel, the 2014 European cross-country champion, took the womens 10km in 34:06, more than a minute clear of fellow W35 Carla Davies.

There was no competition in the half-marathon as Omar Ahmed won overall by almost seven minutes.
