Reds' Pagan returns from IL after triceps injury

Cincinnati Reds right-hander Emilio Pagan, who has not pitched since May 19 due to tightness in his right triceps, was activated from the 15-day injured list Thursday.
Pagan, 33, is 2-3 with a 4.19 ERA in 21 relief appearances this season, his first with Cincinnati.
The Reds optioned right-hander Graham Ashcraft to Triple-A Louisville to make room on the 26-man roster.
Ashcraft, 26, is 4-3 with a 5.05 ERA through 12 starts this season.
