GB's Cowell and Torley sign new Harlequins contracts
Written by I Dig SportsParis-bound Olympians Heather Cowell and Lauren Torley have signed new contracts with Harlequins.
Winger Cowell, 28, will enter her seventh season at Quins after representing Team GB's rugby sevens in France.
Cowell was part of Harlequins' title-winning side in 2020-21.
Full-back Torley, 24, will enter her third season at the club after joining from DMP Sharks in 2022.
The lengths of their contracts have not been specified.
Both players represented England in the sevens at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
Great Britain face Ireland, Australia and South Africa in Pool B in Paris, starting with Ireland on Sunday.
