Saracens sign Wales international John
Written by I Dig Sports
Saracens have signed Wales international second row Natalia John.
The 28-year-old has 40 caps for her country and has been without a club since Worcester collapsed last season, having previously played for Bristol Bears.
John represented Wales at the Women's World Cup in New Zealand in 2021, as well as playing for Brython Thunder in the Celtic Challenge earlier this year.
"I'm excited to be a part of such a successful club and I'm looking forward to the challenge," she told the Saracens website, external.
"Sarries are a physical, aggressive side and that suits me as a player."
John started for Wales in their 40-14 loss to Scotland on Friday.
She will link up with her new club after she finishes international duty.
The length of the contract with Saracens has not been specified.
