PATASKALA, Ohio Meyer Shank Racing announced the No. 66 MSR Honda driven by Marcus Armstrong will carry Root Insurance as the primary sponsor for the Acura Grand Prix at Long Beach on April 13.

Root Insurances title partnership on the No. 66 Honda will extend to three additional races in the 2025 NTT IndyCar Series season, including the Detroit Grand Prix (June 1), the Grand Prix of Monterey at Laguna Seca (July 27) and the season-ending Big Machine Music City Grand Prix at Nashville Superspeedway (Aug. 31).

Were thrilled to continue supporting Marcus for another season and proud to join forces with MSR this year, Jason Shapiro, senior vice president of business development at Root, said. This partnership strengthens our commitment to IndyCar racing and driving insurance forward.

Armstrong will drive the No. 66 Root Insurance Honda which will feature the Ohio-based companys signature orange and black colors; a livery that will be sure to stand out on and off the track.

Im excited to have Root back as a primary sponsor this year for four races, said Armstrong. I have a great relationship with the team at Root and Im looking forward to continuing the partnership. Last year I scored my first IndyCar podium with Root on the car in Detroit and hopefully this year we can add to those results starting with Long Beach.
