Jay Bilas joins SportsCenter to discuss the NCAA ruling James Wiseman ineligible, and the potential ramifications for the Memphis Tigers for playing the heralded freshman. Bilas says NCAA bylaws state that Memphis could ultimately be banned from the postseason for playing a student-athlete that has been ruled ineligible. Wiseman, the projected top pick in the 2020 NBA draft, was deemed ineligible by the NCAA for allegedly receiving impermissible benefits from Memphis coach Penny Hardaway.
