LAKE CITY, Fla. – In just more than two months, the Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series Fueled By Sunoco makes history with its first appearance in Florida.

While the final checkered flags have just been waved for the Northeast season, 2020 is approaching quickly for Short Track Super Series competitors eyeing the Sunshine Swing at All-Tech Raceway in Lake City, Fla., Feb. 5-8. STSS Modifieds and Crate 602 Sportsman will make their debut at the half-mile track approximately one hour west of Jacksonville.

Jordan Watson etched his name in the record books as the first Sunshine Swing Modified entrant.

Among the early STSS Modified entrants are David Schilling, Scott Van Gorder, Rick Regalski, Matt Hawkins and Kyle Weiss.

Bobby Flood became the first to file an entry for the Crate 602 Sportsman portion of the swing.

Others filing registrations have included Brendan Gibbons, Jeff Brown, Daniel Morgiewicz, Jim Introne Jr. and Grant Hilfiger.

An open practice on Wednesday (Feb. 5) leads into three consecutive nights of racing at All-Tech. Thursday night (Feb. 6) features $5,000-to-win STSS Modifieds and $1,250-to-win Crate 602 Sportsman. On Friday (Feb. 7) the stakes rise to $7,500-to-win STSS Modifieds with Crate 602 Sportsman again competing for $1,250.
