Chicago Bulls swingman Otto Porter Jr. will miss at least two more weeks as he continues to deal with a foot injury, the team announced Friday.
Porter had an MRI on his left foot Wednesday, and it revealed what the team called "continued bone edema."
The Bulls said Porter will be briefly immobilized, then "will resume a program of non-impact activities and targeted therapy." He also will see foot and ankle specialist Dr. Bob Anderson.
Porter suffered the injury against the Hawks on Nov. 6. He is averaging 11.2 points in nine games this season.
