Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid is doubtful for Sunday night's game against the Brooklyn Nets with an upper respiratory illness, the team announced.

Embiid is averaging a team-leading 22.8 points and 12.3 rebounds per game.

Center Al Horford remains questionable to play with a sore left knee and left hamstring tightness. Horford missed games Thursday against the Boston Celtics and Friday against the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Sixers have home games this week against the Miami Heat Wednesday, the Dallas Mavericks Friday and the Washington Wizards Saturday.
