The Los Angeles Lakers say LeBron James has a groin contusion and is questionable to play against the Trail Blazers in Portland on Saturday.
James will travel to the game with the team, the Lakers said.
James aggravated his groin when he collided with the LA Clippers' Patrick Beverly in the first quarter of the Lakers' Christmas Day loss Wednesday.
Last Christmas, James suffered a torn left groin against the Golden State Warriors -- the first major injury of his career -- and it derailed both his and his team's season.
The injury James is currently dealing with is on the right side of his groin.
Also, Lakers big man Anthony Davis (right knee soreness) is probable to face the Trail Blazers.
