TULSA, Okla. – Gage Robb scored two triumphs and Jade Avedisian was also victorious during round two of the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Hi-Plains Building Division, held as part of the fourth annual Oil Capital Clash at Port City Raceway.

Robb claimed the Stock Non-Wing win on Friday before rain postponed the Winged ‘A’ Class and Restricted ‘A’ Class main events until late Saturday afternoon.

He then doubled up by capturing the Winged ‘A’ Class victory, while Avedisian posted her second Restricted ‘A’ Class win of the season.

Robb outlasted his brother, sixth-starting Trey Robb, and series points leader Frank Flud to garner his first Stock Non-Wing triumph of the season and his first ever with the series.

Shawn Mahaffey placed fourth and Ryan Timms ended fifth.

Trey Robb, Timms, Timothy Watson III and Bradley Fezard were the heat race winners. Johnny Boland and Laydon Pearson won the B Mains.

Gage Robb also earned his third career Winged ‘A’ Class victory with the series and became the first driver to top Flud, who was undefeated in the division through the first five races of the season.

Daison Pursley held off 12th-starting Flud for the runner-up position. Timms finished fourth and Riley Goodno was fifth.

Avedisian, Goodno, Mahaffey, Timms and Tyler Devenport topped the heat race action. Fezard and Jake Rosario picked up B Main wins.

Avedisian produced her second career Restricted ‘A’ Class victory with the series and took over the lead in the championship standings, as previous points leader Garrett Benson recorded a second-place finish.

Ryder Laplante was third with Jack Thomas fourth and 12th-starting Brody McLaughlin fifth.

Avedisian, Benson and Elizabeth Phillips each drove to a heat race win.
