CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. – Larry Wight took the victory in the big-block modified feature that headlined the Tuesday Night Spectacular at Land of Legends Raceway.

Banking $2,500 for his win in the 40-lap feature, Wight beat multi-time Super DIRTcar Series champion Matt Sheppard to the checkered flag.

Stewart Friesen finished third, followed by Alan Johnson and Peter Britten.

Heats were won by Erick Rudolph, Pat Ward and Sheppard, while Rudolph, Ward and Wight led their respective groups in time trials to kick off the evening.

Kevin Root took a $1,000 score in the accompanying 30-lap Speed Connection Sportsman Modified feature, besting Matt Guererri, Kevin Ridley, Garrison Krentz and Kyle Inman.
