JACKSON, Minn. – Brandon Beckendorf, Derek Green, Malik Sampson, Matthew Looft and Bubba Brown were victorious on Monday evening at Jackson Motorplex, which hosted round one of the Bank Midwest Summer Series.
Beckendorf charged from eighth to capture the IMCA modifieds main event. Jesse Rogotzke placed second with Clint Hatlestad third, Joshua Rogotzke fourth and Don Gerritsen Jr. fifth.
Oliver Kollofski, Gerritsen Jr. and Beckendorf were the heat race winners.
Green outlasted 12th-starting Jeff Larson to claim the IMCA stock cars triumph. Chad Schroeder was third with Andrew Altenburg fourth and Justin Luinenburg fifth.
Luke Sathoff, Luinenburg and Trevor Holm each won a heat race.
Sampson maneuvered from sixth to win the IMCA hobby stocks feature event. Cory Probst was the runner up with Corey Schreiber, Drew Barglof and Keeran Sampson rounding out the top five, respectively.
Malik Sampson and Matt Olson both picked up a heat race victory.
Looft garnered the trip into the Winner’s Circle following the IMCA sport mods A Main. Zach Davis finished second with Dan Paplow third, Justin Klynsma fourth and John Foreman fifth.
Looft and Klynsma won the two heat races.
Brown swept the night in the IMCA sport compacts division by winning the lone heat race as well as the main event. R.J. Esqueda ended the feature second with Jake Schroeder third, Kevin Bolte fourth and Gary Grabill fifth.
