BELLEVILLE, Ill. – On Friday, Charleston (Ill.) Speedway will host the Deuces are Wild event as POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League and the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League hit the rack for a pair of features.
Each event will pay $2,000 to the winner, with all feature starters earning at least $200. The event will also feature the Charleston Limited Late Models.
Tickets are available by clicking here. Online ticket sales will stop at 8 a.m. on race day with remaining tickets available at the front gate.
Pits open at 2 p.m. Friday with driver’s registration scheduled between 3-5:30 p.m. The drivers meeting will take place at 5:45 p.m., with engine heat scheduled for 6 p.m. Hot laps will start at 6:30 p.m., with racing to follow. The front gate for spectators will open at 4 p.m.
Jake Neuman currently leads the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League standings. He holds a 60 points lead over Cannon McIntosh in second. In the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League, defending series champion Riley Kreisel leads Jack Wagner by 20 points.
