Footage from the GB international ultra runner’s fastest known time for the 134-mile coast to coast route across Scotland
Earlier this month British international ultra runner James Stewart set a fastest known time (FKT) for the John Muir Way, covering the 134-mile coast to coast route across Scotland in 21 hours, 53 minutes and 22 seconds.
That improved on the previous best of 29 hours and 29 minutes set by Kristian Delacour.
Here is the story of Stewart’s FKT, as seen through social media by runners and supporters on the day.
