CONCORD, N.C. – With a sweep of the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series doubleheader at Pennsylvania’s Port Royal Speedway, Kyle Larson extended his advantage atop the National Sprint Car Rankings.
Larson has now won 32 winged sprint car features this season, including 12 with the World of Outlaws. Larson now has an average finish of 1.580 in 63 starts.
World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series point leader Brad Sweet ranks second with an average finish of 4.22 in 55 starts.
David Gravel ranks third with a 4.8 average finish in 56 starts. Aaron Reutzel, who wrapped up the Ollie’s Bargain Outlet All Star Circuit of Champions title with a victory at Fremont (Ohio) Speedway, ranks fourth. Logan Schuchart rounds out the top five.
Larson leads the Eastern region standings by 12 points over Danny Dietrich, who has started a national-best 74 features.
Cap Henry, who won his 12th feature of the season Friday at Fremont Speedway, leads the Great Lakes region.
Carl Bowser has taken the lead in the PA-OH region and Dominic Scelzi now leads the Western region that returned to action over the weekend.
Other regional leaders are Bill Balog (Great Plains) and Jacob Patton (Mid-America).
One hundred and 10 drivers have reached the mandatory 20-start plateau to be ranked.
Ninety-nine drivers have won the 307 features run this season.
