Former Wales Women captain and new national skills coach Rachel Taylor says the players have a "burning ambition to change things".
Taylor becomes the Welsh Rugby Union's (WRU) first professional national female coach. She will serve under Warren Abrahams, the WRU's first black national coach.
Former flanker Taylor won 67 caps for Wales before retiring in 2017.
