Unchanged England bowl first, Anrich Nortje and Reeza Hendricks come in for SA

England won the toss and chose to bowl vs South Africa

England have won the toss and chosen to bowl first in the second T20I of the series against South Africa in Paarl.

With England having won the first match of the series in Cape Town on Friday, victory in this game will clinch the three-match series for them.

They have named an unchanged side despite a performance their captain, Eoin Morgan, described as "pretty average" in the first game. That means Tom Curran, who conceded 55 from his four overs in the first game, keeps his place and there is still no room for Moeen Ali or Mark Wood.

There are two changes to the South Africa side. Beuran Hendricks, who delivered a game-defining 17th over on Friday which conceded 28 runs, has been dropped, with Anrich Nortje, who was the fastest bowler at the IPL, replacing him. Top-order batsman Reeza Hendricks also comes into the side in place of Pite van Biljon, who made an unbeaten seven from six deliveries on Friday.

With a fresh pitch in use, it is unlikely to deteriorate during the game. The early start should take the relevance of dew out of the equation, too. But the side batting second has won nine of the 13 most recent games here.

South Africa: 1 Quinton de Kock (capt, wk), 2 Reeza Hendricks, 3 Temba Bavuma, 4 Faf du Plessis, 5 Rassie van der Dussen, 6 Heinrich Klaasen, 7 George Linde, 8 Lungi Ngidi, 9 Kagiso Rabada, 10 Anrich Nortje, 11 Tabraiz Shamsi

England: 1 Jason Roy, 2 Jos Buttler (wk), 3 Dawid Malan, 4 Jonny Bairstow, 5 Ben Stokes, 6 Eoin Morgan (capt), 7 Sam Curran, 8 Tom Curran, 9 Jofra Archer, 10 Chris Jordan, 11 Adil Rashid
