BELLEVILLE, Ill. – Continuing the tradition of previous years, the POWRi Engler Machine and Tool 600cc Outlaw Micro League schedule will mostly mirror the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget League calendar this year.
However, the 2021 campaign will include a big addition, as the KKM Giveback Classic joins the slate and shifts from North Carolina’s Millbridge Speedway to Oklahoma’s Port City Raceway.
The POWRi Engler Machine and Tool 600cc Outlaw Micro League will visit 10 venues in four states during the upcoming season.
The POWRi Outlaw Micros will begin the season with the annual Turnpike Challenge, the four-day and three-track event from March 25-28.
Beginning the journey on Thursday at Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, Okla., Friday and Saturday will see the racing action travel down to Oklahoma City’s I-44 Speedway.
Sunday, the trip wraps up at Port City Raceway in Tulsa.
Then, on April 16-17, all four POWRi leagues will travel to Arkansas, as the POWRi Lucas Oil National and West Midget Leagues, the POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League, and the POWRi Engler Machine and Tool Micros link up for the inaugural running of the Little Rock Nationals at I-30 Speedway.
POWRi Illinois SPEED Week will again host five nights of racing displaying some of the best in open-wheel talent. Hosting the SPEED Week opener on Wednesday, June 16, will see Charleston Speedway take center stage.
The League will then head to Lincoln Speedway on Thursday, June 17 for night two. Jacksonville Speedway will serve as the mid-way stop on Friday, June 18 before Macon Speedway follows on Saturday, June 19.
POWRi Illinois SPEED Week wraps up Sunday, June 20 at Fayette County Speedway.
Several dates will span the summer months, including the Midwest Season Opener at Macon on May 8, the two-day ILLI-ANA Showdown at Charleston Speedway on May 21-22, Macon Speedway’s Camfield Memorial on Aug. 21, and the Herb Barlow Memorial on Sept. 5 at Jacksonville Speedway.
The final stretch of the season for the POWRi Engler Machine and Tool 600cc Outlaw Micro Series will see an Oklahoma POWRi statement, with the second annual Donnie Ray Crawford Sooner State 55 at Port City Raceway on Thursday, Oct. 14 followed by the two-day Meents Memorial at I-44 Riverside Speedway on Oct. 15-16.
Opportunities will then be on the line as one of the biggest micro events in the country heads to Port City Raceway on Oct. 21-23, with the KKM Giveback Classic coming to the action-packed Tulsa track.
Classes scheduled to compete include the POWRi Engler Machine and Tool 600cc Outlaw Micros, the Outlaw Non-Wing division in the KKM Giveback Classic, and a third class which will be announced later.

Concluding the season for the Engler Machine and Tool Micros will be the POWRi Season Championship Weekend at Caney Valley Speedway in Caney Valley, Kan.
