Australia won the toss and decided to bowl against England
Australia will again bowl first after Meg Lanning won the toss in a rain-reduced second T20I at Adelaide Oval although more wet weather threatened the contest which had been trimmed to 14 overs per side.
Darcie Brown comes in for the home side in place of fellow quick Tayla Vlaeminck who has a right foot injury and will be assessed further by the medical staff.
England have handed a T20I debut to offspinner Charlie Dean who impressed in her first ODI series last year against New Zealand. She replaces Maia Bouchier as England alter the balance of their side to play an extra bowler.
Bouchier injured her knee in the opening match when she slid near the boundary but was deemed available for selection.
