Sunday's Champions Cup game between Racing 92 and Northampton Saints has been called off because of a number of positive Covid-19 tests in the Saints camp.
The French side have been awarded a 28-0 win in accordance with European competition rules.
Hosts Racing were already in the last 16 with three wins from three matches.
One of those was a fixture forfeited after a Covid outbreak in the Ospreys camp.
Northampton, who have only two points in this season's competition, needed a win in France to have any chance of advancing.
