Wasps scored three second-half tries as they came from behind to beat fellow play-off hopefuls Gloucester.
Adam Hastings' two first-half penalties made it 6-0 to Gloucester at half-time.
Jacob Umaga, Gabriel Oghre and Charlie Atkinson all crossed to turn it round before Gloucester levelled at 21-21 with a try from Kyle Moyle, a penalty try and another Hastings penalty.
But Dan Robson's stunning drop goal and Jimmy Gopperth's penalty, to add to his three conversions, saw Wasps home.
Wasps' win was their second in successive Saturdays following last weekend's similarly narrow home win over Newcastle, having previously suffered three straight defeats.
