MOORESVILLE, N.C. – Stefan Parsons will return to BJ McLeod Motorsports for multiple races in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this year aboard the No. 99 entry.

Parsons’ first start of the season is scheduled for Homestead-Miami Speedway on Feb. 27. Sokal Media Group is scheduled to sponsor Parsons in select events. Those races, as well as additional sponsors, will be announced at a later date. Springrates Automotive Suspension is also set to return as a sponsor of Parsons.

“I’m so excited to return to BJMM in 2021. We have some great partners onboard, including Mark Sokal and Sean Taylor who came on with us in the 2020 season,” Parsons said. “We’re really stepping up our program at BJMM and I can’t wait to show the results on the track. Looking to make my third year in the Xfinity Series the best one yet.”

Parsons, the son of NASCAR veteran Phil Parsons, has competed in 15 NASCAR Xfinity Series events in the last two years with a best finish of 12th at Daytona Int’l Speedway in 2019.

“It’s really great to have Stefan driving for us again this year,” said team owner, B.J. McLeod. “Stefan has been competing for BJ McLeod Motorsports for the past three years and he is a true asset to our team. Working with him on and off the track is something I’m looking forward to.”
